A brighter future for animals in condos
November 15th, 2006 by admin
Award-winning CBS 4/UPN 33 reporter and anchor Jennifer Santiago has produced another excellent report about animals in Florida.
Her recent feature, “Fighting To Keep Your Pets In Condos,” describes efforts to change Florida law to give more power to condominium residents in challenging “No-Pet” rules. For many elderly or disabled residents, the companionship of a dog or cat can be vital to their mental and physical well-being.
Good news: State Rep. Julio Robaina has promised to work on this issue in the 2007 Florida legislative session.
