Company goes vegan for a day

If you’re planning to do some shopping today, you may want to stop by LUSH cosmetics and say a kind word to the employees. LUSH products are never tested on animals and most of their products are free of animal ingredients, but today, November 1, which has been declared “World Vegan Day,” LUSH shop assistants, managers and owners- 824 workers across North America- have agreed to eat vegan for the day. “By walking a mile in a vegan’s (non-leather) shoes, LUSH employees will get a great insight into what veganism is all about,” explained Brandi Halls, LUSH’s Communications Manager.
