Turtle cam

At a secret location on a beach on Big Pine Key, in the Lower Florida Keys, a camera has been set up streaming live video of the action at a loggerhead sea turtle nest.
Of course, mother turtle covered her eggs with sand, so there’s not much to see right now. But if you’re lucky, you’ll be watching at the moment the hatchlings emerge from the nest and make their way to the water. It could happen anytime between now and Monday (most likely during evening hours, when the camera will be illuminated by infrared light). After the eggs hatch, the camera will be moved to other nearby nests.
